Norwegian Minister of Oil and Energy Leaves Office

Terje Riis- Johansen, Center Party (SP), quits Minister post in Stoltenberg-government
Ola Borten Moe to replace Riis-Johansen.

The alignment of energy planet Mars with the luminaries of the February New Moon was one of those significators that put question to the strength of the Stoltenberg Coalition. But also the movement of planet Neptune in relation to the national chart of Norway gave reason to ask whether change was in the making. On March 3. the Minister of Oil and Energy resigned. Ola Borten Moe is to replace him. Source: Aftenposten

Quote 27.01.2011:

"The transit from Neptune square to the Midheaven in the Chart of Norway is interesting due to the current political discussion regarding drilling for oil-resources in the vulnerable wild-life and crucial fishing areas outside Lofoten. The 90-degrees aspect shows the conflicting interests and the issue may be due to cause of crises for the sitting coalition of AP, SV and SP."

The National Chart of Norway

February hit Norway hard. Rather than a seismic happening, the Norwegian West Coast was hit by the Strongest Storm for 4 Years on the day of the New Moon, February 4. that paralyzed traffic along the coast and across mountain passages.
Then, on February 17. a Container Ship went aground in the outer Oslo-fjord, with oil slicks threatening wildlife and the world's largest registered inshore cold-water coral reefs over 8000 years old. Source: Aftenposten

The question of performing test-drilling to map Oil-resources in the Sensitive Fishing areas of Lofoten has ruffled a lot of feathers in the various parties in the sitting coalition. And before the Moon was over, being the morning ahead of the New Moon on March 4. the sitting Minister of Oil and Energy, Terje Riis-Johansen, packed his bags and left.
